Our Passion

SKIES Social Lounge was created from something deeply personal—my love for my family and the life I’ve dreamed of building for my children.

This space is for them. It’s a reflection of what I want them to see and believe: that you can take an idea, a passion, and a vision—and turn it into something real, something meaningful, something that brings people together. SKIES is part legacy, part love letter, and part dream brought to life.

Some of my greatest inspiration comes from time spent in Utah with my family—the landscapes, the openness, the stillness, and the way community feels intentional and connected. There’s something about Utah that grounds you while also reminding you to dream bigger.

That feeling lives inside SKIES.

From the warmth of gathering with people you love, to the beauty of slowing down and being present, SKIES is designed to reflect those same emotions. It’s a place where people can come together, feel inspired, and create memories that matter.

Above the Ordinary

What it means to us?

The name SKIES is personal. It represents us—our family, our names, Sean, Kendall, Ivonne & Ethan - our connection.

It’s a reminder that this space is rooted in something real, something personal, something built with love.

My oldest son, Sean attends Utah Tech (second year studying Geology), which makes that connection even deeper. Watching him build his future there while I build this dream here is something incredibly meaningful to me. There’s a sense of alignment in it all—growth, purpose, and possibility happening at the same time.

My middle child, Ethan, who is in 6th grade, has a growing love for piano. Watching him develop his talent, discipline, and confidence through music is inspiring—it’s a reminder of how important it is to create spaces where creativity can flourish.

My youngest, Kendall, who is in 4th grade, has a passion for gymnastics. Her dedication, strength, and determination are incredible to watch. She shows up with focus and heart, always pushing herself to grow, and that energy—of commitment and courage—is something that inspires me every day.
